The app is under review at Play Store and will be launched soon. But for Now, download directly from here and upload then start using. This app is not harmful to your phone. It is only that Google has restricted outside Apps to avert competition because they own Play Store. Configure your settings to accept this app from outside. I wish you will enjoy meanwhile as we wait for approval from Play Store.
