then enter your email and click next to enter password

If an error like the one appearing below appear, Here are reasons why;

Problems

1. You are accessing a wrong membership plan i.e, you are accessing KCPE membership plan instead of KCSE membership plan by trying to access primary papers

2. Your email is not in our database [ you are not a member at our website, click here to learn on membership

3. Your email is not supported by our database [our database supports Gmail and Gmail affiliate domains only]

4. The active primary email currently signed in at your browser is not the email in our database [ browsers keep records of signed in emails, however the primary email should be the email you submitted to us]

5. You are not a member of our website [ learn membership plans here]

Solutions

1. Enroll for both membership plans i.e kcse membership and kcpe membership

2. You need to be a member in our website to access our resources. click here to learn

3. Our database supports only Gmail accounts or other Gmail affiliate domains like xyz@manyamfranchise.com

4. sign out all other email accounts at your browser and sign in with the email you submitted to us [ clearing the browser cached accounts ]

5. Take your time to read instructions on the emails we send you and on our home page
