However don't make mistakes here, Safaricom have one of the best services in the world; thanks to mediocre services from other competitors. This is like a monopoly business and in every monopoly there must be exploitation aimed at the customers.
I have been using Safaricom services ever since I acquired my first phone dozens of years ago, however, with increasing number of complains, Safaricom has turned its reputation into a muddy sling arena.
In my personal experience, on 8th April,2019. I buy a record 3GB in a few hours, no downloads, no streaming data depletes, Safaricom laughs all the way to the bank. 9th April,2019. May Idle mobile phone uses 1 GB data in 2 hrs. It has never happened like this ladies and gentlemen. There are questions that need answers.
