PAYMENT OF KUCCPS APPLICATION PROCESSING FEE.

aMOUNT REQUIRED

Payment of application process fee is done online using Mpesa with each K.C.S.E candidate paying Kenya Shillings Five Hundred (Ksh. 500) (unless we are notified that it has been changed).
What KUCCPS does not tell us is the Safaricom fee and other expenses involved like internet costs and expertize. Some schools will charge students from Ksh. 600/= to account for hidden costs but overcharging is pure extortion. However what KUCCPS requires from each candidate to process for placement is Ksh. 500/= (five hundred shillings only) regardless whether its a degree or diploma programme.

Preparations before payment

1. Make sure you have filled student's details properly in the excel application for placement form and uploaded it to the KUCCPS portal (I will explain about uploading this form just below) 
2. Get your phone ready with a Safaricom line registered with Mpesa services.

After done all the preparations, proceed as follows:

Payment Procedure

MPESA:

1. Go to M‐PESA on your phone
   
2. Select Pay Bill option
   
3. Enter Business no. 820201
4. Enter 8 digit Center Number as your account number
   
5. Enter the Amount
   
6. Enter your M‐PESA PIN and Send
   

You will receive a payment confirmation message from Mpesa. On receipt of the confirmation, continue with the application process. DO NOT DELETE the confirmation message from Safaricom, (you will need it incase there is a payment fault or as a prove that you paid, just incase)

How do i know i have paid the kuccps application processing fee?

On the application page, click on view application button to download the list of students you had already registered. The list will appear and payment details.

How to upload an excel application form

1. On the application page, click on upload form button.
2. An upload control box will appear
3. Drag and drop the excel application form to the upload control box
4. click submit
