Definition of a tense and a verb
A tense is a category that expresses time reference with reference to the moment of speaking.
A verb is a word used to describe an action, state, or occurrence, and forming the main part of the predicate of a sentence or it can be said to be a doing word, such as eat, dig, walk e.t.c. Assignment: TENSES and VERB FORMS.
