But most people forget to carry these documents to the County/Sub-County Educational office and eventually they get a setback as they start a journey back to school to collect the required. It is boring, isn't it? Okay now! next time don't forget to carry: 1. the nominal rollThis is a document that has detail of all students arranged in a table form. Such information include: passports, selected subjects, birth certificate number, number of kcse attempts, nationality, signature etc. 2. the school's knec registration certificate (photocopy)Each examination center was issued with a certificate to conduct KNEC examinations. Therefore, a photocopy of the same is required to accompany other documents to KNEC 3. candidates with special needs formUnless there is data to be filled, If there are no candidates with special needs in your school, return the form filled with NIL entries 
4. return envelopeReturn envelope has a summary of students details i.e number of students pursuing a subject, repeaters fees etc.
5. repeaters fee breakdownThis is a summary sheet for repeaters and the amount they are supposed to pay.
