4. ISIMU JAMII Lugha Sanifu (i) Ni ile lahoja iliyochanguliwa na kufanyiwa marekebisho ya kimatamushi, kisarufi, kimaana na kimaandishi ili iweze kutumika katika shughuli rasmi kwa mfano — kiunguja.
