How Hajj helps to advance spiritually.
  1. It is an act of worship which draws Muslims nearer to Allah.
  2. The Ihram won during Hajj is a symbol of man’s servitude to God.
  3. During Hajj a person is indifferent to everything else except the divine pleasure, a person abandons everything worldly which his thoughts are constantly occupied by remembrance of Allah.
  4. Reatation of Talbiya throughout the period of hajji signifies a person’s desire to  sacrifice oneself for the pleasure of Allah.
  5. The act of sacrificing an animal is an expression of a person desire to sacrifice oneself for the pleasure of Allah.
  6. All pilgrims performing rites at the same time used terms that Allah is one and hia religions is one.
  7. Casting of stones at the pillars constitutes of rejection of evil in a person’s life.
  8. A person suppresses his lust for material things with the aim of seeking Divine pleasure.
  9. It reminds a person of the day of judgment which help a person to shun worldly pleasures for a better life in there hereafter.
  10. It helps in controlling the natural passions such as sex and concentrate in worship.
  11. Pride and annoyance leave a person and he inclines towards simple, unassuming habits, peace and tranguility.
  12. A person repents his past sins and resolve not to repeat them.

  1. ​One must be put himself in a state  of ihram before miqat and also prepare himself.
  2.  Do Tawful Qudum and the first Saai before Dhuhur
  3.  Go to Mina on the eighth, day  and spend a night there
  4.  Proceed to Arafat on the night day after fajr prayer.
  5.  Go to Muzdalifa and carry seven stones
  6.  On 10th day throw the stones at mina and make a sacrifice there.
  7.  Men can share their hair and women can cut their hairs short.
  8.  Proceed to mecca to perform the 2th Tawaf called Tawwaful Ifadha.
  9.  Go back to mina and spend a night there.
  10.  On the 11th and 12th  day continue throwing stones on the three Jamaarat
  11.  Final performance the final Tawaf called Tawaful Widha.

  1. It is the largest annual convention of faith where Muslims meet and interact with one another and hence promote their common affairs. The theme of peace is stressed throughout the Hajj period, there is peace with God and one’s soul and peace within one another.
  2. It demonstrates universality of Islam, brotherhood and equality of all Muslims, Muslims from all walks of life assemble, observe the same regulation and perform the same prayers through humility and devotion.
  3. It confirms the commitment of Muslims to God and their readiness to forsake the material interests in his service.
  4. Hajj is performed solely for Allah and for fulfillment of the duty prescribed by him. This act of worship shows that one has fear of God and love for him; that he faces hardship and willingly sacrifices his wealth and comfort for his pleasure.
  5. Hajj brings the realization that one must do good and desist from abuse, indecency, dishonesty and bickering because he is preceding on the path of God.
  6. The state of purity (iran) makes a person avoid certain habits which were apart of the everyday life at home. This causes his pride to disappear and humility and peace of mind to grow.
